The Basic Service includes shipping and handling fees only if the hoop is under warranty. Tubing and water damages are not covered under the warranty.

We will provide you a shipping label via email. You need to print out the label and glue it on the box and drop off the hoop at your closest post office.
Please require a drop off confirmation receipt for proof.
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We do not provide shipping label if you are an international customer. The basic service covers shipping back of the hoop to you. You need to ship it to us at your own cost.
