The Basic Service includes shipping and handling fees only if the hoop is under warranty and is customer responsibility after 30 days upon delivery.
Tubing and water damages are not covered under the warranty. However, if an accident happened and your hoop was in the rain please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to save your hoop.
